Island of Quietude close to bus stop and downtown Westchester

Having looked at different lodging possibilities, this place, by far, had the most to offer at a fair price. Spacious and airy, quiet and nearby to needed services satisfied our needs. The best part was that the owner lived on the premises and was available (pleasantly so) when I suffered a spontaneous back problem and needed some problems solved. I highly recommend this property for its quiet location (despite its proximity to LAX) and for it very caring owner-on-site.

Welcoming and cozy stay

We loved this bright and airy home during our extended stay in LA, from late summer until early winter. The home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Gretchen was very helpful during our stay and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is great as well, very close to LAX, easy access to the highway, and walkable to local cafes.

Gretchen has created the ideal welcoming space for an extended stay. From tasteful modern furnishings to a well equipped kitchen, she thought through every detail to create a comfortable and welcoming space. Gretchen immediately responded to any questions I had. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable to a cute street with a book store, wine shop, bakery, and a variety of restaurants.
