Loved this rental!

Rental was everything as listed, great location, and Mauri was great to work with and so accommodating. I would most definitely rent this townhouse again. Was a great experience.

INCREDIBLE!!

I would leave 10 stars if I could! This townhouse was beyond amazing! I stayed here for 3 months and wish I could stay longer. Mauri is very communicative and incredibly kind. The house was spotless, cozy, beautiful, had easy parking.. I could go on and on! Top of the line appliances too :) The house is walking distance to the Greenway which I loved. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors yet SO close to everything! If you need a place to stay in Fayetteville, I HIGHLY recommend the NWA Home Base. I cant wait to rent this house again in the future!

Gorgeous new perfect vacay townhome! Stunning interior design, surfaces, fixtures, like your dream model home. So fresh and relaxing, high end personal products and fully outiftted kitchen- I could stay for a month! Easiest place to pivot into all amazing Fayetteville has to offer! Access to all my favorite coffee shops, hiking traiks, brewery and electric biking FUN! Close enough to downtown nightlife enjoyment, far enough for a peaceful nights rest. Idyllic! What a hidden gem, dont waste time staying anywhere else. Book if available bc this wont stay hidden for long! - a thrilled new mega NWA fan
