Space was contructed in 2024, so everything is new, including the front door.

Back yard with mature trees and landscaping. Fence has been replaced with horizontal cedar fence. The fireflies at dusk make the back yard "sparkle".

River Bend Nature area just 4 homes away!

Much of the immediate trails are shaded by mature trees (much needed in the hot summer months here).

Natural wildflowers along the trail. During season, several patches of bluebonnets can be found along the trail - no need to stop along the highway for photos.

Adorable guest cottage has been totally remodeled and thoughtfully planned for comfort. Keep the temperature just right for you with a mini-split AC just for this unit. Access to brand new washer and dryer (in main house with combo keypad). Backyard is lovely with mature trees and tons of fireflies at dusk - this yard seriously sparkles at dusk. Small fridge, toaster oven and hot plate provided.

Very comfortable stay!

I stayed in Jessica's guest house during a spring semester rotation for school and the unit was perfect during this time! It was cozy and clean and located about 15 minutes from my clinic downtown, 5 minutes away from a beautiful park, and walking distance from trinity trails. Jessica was always very easy to get in contact with and the neighborhood was very safe. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Little Studio

I've stayed here on both of my work trips to Fort Worth. Each time the studio has been pristine and incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood feels very safe and is so close to downtown. It's a small space to rest your head but it has everything you could need!

Great place and person to stay with!

I was in Fort Worth for 3 months and am so glad I stayed at Jessica's place. The guest extension of the house was occupied, but she was kind enough to let me stay in the main part of the house. I had my own bedroom, bathroom and TV/mini living room all of which was furnished and stocked with things I'd need (i.e. pots/pans, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Jessica and I shared the laundry and kitchen. I felt incredibly safe in the neighborhood and loved coming back to Jessica's place at the end of the day. She has a very sweet dog and cute, but mischievous cat, so if you are not comfortable with pets, I would recommend staying in her guest extension rather than the main part of the house. Her place was really clean, well kept and it was so easy to live with Jessica. Would highly recommend!

Best renting experience in Fort Worth

Got the opportunity to stay in Fort Worth over the Summer for an internship and couldnt be more satisfied with my rental decision. Jessica did a great job of providing all the necessary amenities to make the unit feel like home. Throughout the move-in process, Jessica was very responsive and emphasized that I could reach out to her with any requests or concerns. The neighborhood is super quiet with a wide array of great gyms, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I had the best experience renting and living in this unit over the past few months and Id HIGHLY recommend this space to anyone looking to rent a fully furnished unit in the Fort Worth area.
