The space is located in the upper level of my home. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has its own en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a spacious living room with large kitchen, dining room, and laundry room with new washer and dryer. The third floor has 3 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The backyard is fenced. There is garage space and off street parking (driveway).
Space
The primary bedroom has a king bed, its own en suite bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub and walk in closet. Two bedrooms upstairs have plush Queen beds and share a full bathroom. There is a separate entrance to my basement living space from the garage, so there is total privacy.

Great Stay
Communicating with James was very easy, and he always responded. The space had what I needed to be comfortable during my travel assignment in Iowa. It was located really close to the hospital I worked for, and had several stores, restaurants, and gas stations close by. I definitely recommend this location to anyone working in this area.

Wonderful experience
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home during my travel nurse assignment. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well-kept. The living room is open and comfortable with big TVs, and the washer and dryer are brand new such a nice touch for someone staying long term. The location couldnt be better. Its in a lovely, safe area close to grocery stores, restaurants, and only a short drive to the hospital, which made my stay even more convenient. Most importantly, the host was amazing welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt completely at home here and would highly recommend this property to any fellow travel nurses or visitors looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
