This was our second time renting from Matt, and once again it was a great experience. Hes an outstanding landlordalways responsive and quick to help. The studio is clean, cozy, and truly feels like a home away from home. I especially loved the rosemary plants right outside the entrancethey always made me smile coming home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Home away from home

I rented this unit for six months and had a truly positive experience. From the moment I moved in, it felt like my little home away from home. The property is modern, spacious, and well-maintained with a beautiful rosemary plant welcoming you at the entrance. The motion-detected lights and security cameras provided an extra layer of peace of mind. The neighbors were generally friendly sometimes hosting small gatherings with music but everything was quiet and respectful by 11 PM. One of the biggest highlights was how reliable and supportive Matt was, especially during the Los Angeles fires when we lost power for an entire week. He provided us with candles, flashlights, and daily updates, which truly showed how much he cared.Overall, Im very grateful for my time here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

great find

I was reluctant to rent without seeing any prior reviews but have no worries M* is legitimate and not a scammer. The unit looks like the photos/video. It is small but has all the essentials including miscellaneous things like a keurig and towels. I didn't use either but appreciate having them there. I brought my own towels. When I first settled in adjusting to the space he was incredibly patient with me as I overwhelmed him with questions. Loved being able to charge my vehicle at the unit as I do have an electric car but so does the other renter so be courteous of that. There aren't any hangers you'll need to bring your own. I did move in during some of the hottest months of the year so summer renters be warned it gets incredibly hot in the SFV - usually triple digits and only cools down to like high 80's even in the evenings. I felt safe living here however I do not recommend going for a neighborhood jog or at least I wasn't so comfortable doing so. (I know contradicting..)
