This is a lovely, freshly renovated MCM home in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The house is just 2 blocks away from walking/biking trails. The home is clean & cozy, with all the essential amenities one could need. The bedrooms/bathrooms have solid core doors for extra privacy.
I have my own bedroom & bathroom in the house, but we will share all common living spaces. Because of this, only female renters are accepted.
Space
This is a private bedroom/bathroom in a lovely 2 br/2bt midcentury modern house. You will have your own bedroom/bathroom with full access to all other common living spaces. There are in-unit washer & dryer as well as a fully furnished kitchen. As a fellow traveler I've striven to supply the items I often missed & wasn't provided.

It's a quiet, safe, well situated neighborhood. There's multiple walking/biking trails only blocks away from the house. It's in an area close to Beaverton, Aloha & Hillsboro, and just a straight shot down to the freeway to take you to Portland or down south.
