Amazing Landlord and Property!

I truly enjoyed staying at the apartment. Just walking distance from downtown and from my workplace. The apartment is so modern, clean and peaceful. Alisha is also super hospitable, responsive and truly an amazing landlord. I enjoyed every bit of my stay!

I had an exceptional stay! The location couldn't have been better; safe, quiet, and close to everything i needed. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotless, and thoroughly designed for comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. My landlord Alisha was incredibly attentive and responsive, checking in regularly to make sure i had everything i needed. The level of care and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay!

Perfect Temporary Home!

This space was the perfect temporary home for me. It had everything I needed and was a prime location. I felt very comfortable here and appreciated the level of care into every aspect of the stay. The apartment was clean and well maintained and I had no issues whatsoever. I felt very welcomed and would happily stay here again.

Exceptional hospitality and perfect location

I had a truly wonderful stay last month! Dr. Alisha was exceptionally welcoming and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. She was always just a text away whenever I had a question or needed assistance, which made everything so much easier. Also the location is fantastic; everything you could need is within walking distance or a 5-minute drive, and the neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and very pleasant. The space itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely THE BEST!

I had an amazing experience staying here! The place is equipped with all the amenities anyone could need and is very cozy and comfortable. Its located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sioux Falls, within easy walking distance to downtown and other major spots. The room itself is beautiful and very inviting. Dr. Alisha is a wonderful host, she was always available, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Great Stay!!

Staying at the Cullian Diamond was a great experience! The room has everything you need. I was able to cook my meals and also come home and relax after a long day at work. It was also in a nice convenient area close to Downtown so you could just walk instead of having to look for parking. Also my assignment was just a 5 min drive so that was also a plus. Of course the best part of staying there was Alisha!! She is amazing! If you need anything she was always just a text away and would get whatever you needed taken care of. If I was to ever go back to Sioux Falls I would most definitely stay there again!

Great Experience

I loved that I had my own space. I was able to cook my meals and make myself feel at home. I was working a rotating shift," so sometimes coming to the apt during the day it was dark enough that I could get some rest. Alisha, was very attentive with anything that I needed. I got quick responses from her if I had any issues which was great. If I ever come to SD I would definitely stay here. It's a nice 20 min walk to the hospital and 6min drive for Uber or Lyft which was also a plus!

Diamond

Staying in The Cullinan Diamond was amazing. Room has everything you need as if you were at your own place. If, something is missing Alisha will have it there quick. Downtown Sioux Falls, walking trials and shopping are just a block away. Mostly young professionals are in the building. Very quiet and pleasant. The best part of staying here is Alisha. She's amazing; keeps everyone happy. You will see the joy, history and prosperity of life through her amazing experience in Sioux Falls. When I return hopefully i can stay here!
