We are located at Ocean Beach in the Outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. It is a one block walk to Ocean beach and two block walk into Golden Gate Park. We are walking distance to the grocery store and many coffee spots. Balboa Village is less than a mile up the street; it is a really vibrant area filled with great restaurants and has a fun local vibe.

the total package
We stayed in this Ocean Beach condo from March to October 2025 while relocating back to San Francisco, and it was the perfect home base for us. The condo is comfortable, spacious, and incredibly well-located. With a dog, we loved being just one block from the off-leash area of Ocean Beach, across the street from sutro heights, and one block from from Golden Gate Park. Ocean Beach Caf is right across the street, Safeway is just down the road, and Balboa Village, filled with great restaurants and neighborhood charm, is an easy walk. The building was safe and welcoming, and the neighbors were genuinely kind. We couldnt have asked for a better short-term furnished rental and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, peaceful spot in the Outer Richmond.
