We live in the upstairs unit as a family of three. We have 1 dog and 1 cat that will be off leash around the property most of the time. I am retired and will also be around the property at all times doing various projects. I grow a vegetable garden in the summer months that I work in almost every day. The garden connects to the private patio of the rental. We have friendly neighbors and the neighborhood is great for taking walks...
