Cozy Apartment Close to Hospitals

Upon moving in to this unit it was spotless and clean which isn't always the case when you move in somewhere. There weren't any cleaning supplies(vaccuum, mop, broom) and I texted Shawna and she immediately ordered those supplies for the apartment so I didn't have to go out and buy new ones myself. Shawna and Chandler have been really great landlords and they are very quick to respond whenever I have a concern or question! The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the view of the skyline is gorgeous! I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

Heres the deal - finding a place to rent, especially short term, can be daunting. I strongly believe that every city has those hidden gem rentals that arent super well-known, but are absolutely amazing spots. This is one of those! The space is super cozy, has all the amenities you need, and I had only good experiences with the landlords. They are super personable, willing to help with any little thing or super quick to fix anything that needs it, and just really easy to work with in general! As an added bonus, right at the end of your driveway is one of the best views in Grand Rapids, and its not very well known and you get to see it every time you pull in or out of your driveway!!
