This is a beautiful house in a quiet locals neighborhood. Granite counters in kitchen and master vanity. A nice deck is attached to the dining area. Wood floors cover the first floor which is the living space. The stairs and bedrooms are carpeted. Nice tile in the bathrooms with in floor heat.

Gorgeous views, great location
We stayed at this home for 4.5 months last winter during my husband’s work contract at the Keystone medical clinic. Tim and Linda were wonderful, long time locals, excellent with communication. We had no issues, their house is very well stocked with essentials and comforts of home; you can feel the vibe of love, care and family in their space. Comfortable beds, good linens, great views and ideally situated in the center of Summit county in a serene little neighborhood that was perfect for our two kids to play in the large yard and take walks around the loop. Thank you for a welcoming us into your home!
