Neighborhood overview

The neighborhood is a development of homes, mostly on 1-2 acre parcels, located between the town of Brandon and the city of Sioux Falls. The roads are all gravel and are fairly well maintained. However, there are steep hills and there can be spots of severe washboard. In addition, winter travel can be icy and muddy and is best with AWD or 4WD vehicles.
