Little gem just outside Asheville

My wife and I moved from Colorado to North Carolina and Katie’s place was honestly a great space to settle in and get our bearings. Everything you need is already there, and it being fully furnished made it feel like a home in no time. The basement storage was a huge bonus, especially if you’ve got extra stuff you don’t want cluttering your living space. I also really appreciated the peaceful backyard—it’s a nice little escape after a long day. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe the whole time, and having a private parking spot just made things even more convenient. On top of all that, Katie is an amazing host and really makes the whole experience smooth and welcoming.
