Cottage located on 4+ beautiful acres in a prime location in Cumming. Quiet and peaceful, but close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, golf, theaters, and may other activities. Shares acreage with another home on creek. Full mature trees. Yard is well maintained.

Pets approved case by case basis. Will comfortably fit 2 adults, but there is a queen size pullout couch if you have guests. All utilities covered, but if electricity goes over $125/month then tenant is responsible for the balance. This occurrence is RARE and only happens if tenant does things like leave the windows open while the heat/air is on.

Best rental I've had!
I was fortunate enough to stay here for almost six months. It truly is my favorite rentals I've stayed in. I'm a home health nurse and have been doing this for three years. It is in a beautiful location and the property is lovely and well cared for. It has everything you would need for a short term stay and feels like your home. Tonya went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible experience. She made sure everything was in good working order, and has great home decor skills! I wish every short term rentals was this good. I'm sure you won't be disappointed in your choice to stay.
