Spacious luxury
My 2 month stay was fantastic, the condo was much bigger in person the photos don't do it justice. The furnishings were so lovely and luxurious. We had so much fun spending our summer by the pool and exploring the river walk, my kids and I are planning to rebook for the holidays. Hands down an amazing home and you cant beat the price. Family friendly and Luis, was a heaven sent thank you for going out your way to get me a keriug. I can't start my day without my coffee! Wish we could've stayed longer but my kids and I had the best time. Thank you!
Communication problems
The apartment is really nice, very industrial look and lots of space. Moved in on 12/4 and let the owner know about some minor issues with the property and he got really defensive and overwhelmed. He keeps saying he lowered the rent to accommodate my family, but I never asked him to do this. Maybe that's why he thinks he shouldn't have to address any concerns? I'm not sure. I haven't found a good way to communicate that doesn't offend him. Every time I try to ask a question he says I can leave if I don't like the place. I asked about the parking spots (the listing says there are two and I only got one) and he, again, said I am welcome to leave. I have shown the messages to other travel RNs I know and we are all bewildered by his reactions. I woke up to a 1 star review on my profile from him which is so odd since I've only been there 1.5 weeks. I'm still living here for now - hopefully it gets better.
