Our house in on a 1/2 acre lot, a 1/2 mile from the beach, and close to Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, and South Haven. It is a split level with a game room downstairs that has a foosball tale, a card/bumper pool table. We stock our house with good books and board games. We hope that you are comfortable and enjoy the location!
Space
It is a 3 BR split-level house with two full baths. We have a game room down stairs ( foosball, card table, board games, and books). The house is a 10 minutes walk to the beach and there is a park and playground before walking down to the beach.
Neighborhood overview
We love that it is a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It is also only 0.4 miles to M-63, which makes it easy to get to Benton Harbor/St. Joe or South Haven.
