So hard to leave! Best unit, best landlord :)

I would stay at Lisa's condo again in a heartbeat! Honestly, the decision to give up this spot was difficult. Clean, comfortable, kind and quiet neighbors, secure building. 10 minute (leisurely pace) walk to Harborview, short walk or streetcar to Cap Hill restaurants/parks/bars/Seattle central college. Lisa has equipped the unit with everything needed to make full meals, flat screen TVs with surround sound, walk in closet, black out curtains, etc. she really made it so seamless to move in and within days I felt like I was home. Not to mention Lisa is kind, understands hospital work demands, and makes herself available if any issue arises (which was very few and far between!) I can only hope that the unit is available when I return to Seattle!

Cozy unit with great location

This unit is cozy and quiet. The bed is comfy, good sized-kitchen, and W/D in unit. The parking is covered and locked. Within walking distance to Cherry Hill, First Hill, and Harborview. Youre just a short block away from the street car and bus stops. The property owner is fantastic to work with and just a text or phone call away.
