Debbie's lower level rental provided a clean, comfortable quiet & safe temporary "home" during my month of tenancy. Debbie is very kind, thoughtful & accommodating. When meeting her sweet dog, Rylie, I knew "all's well"! Offering my highest recommendation to Debbie & Rylie's future guest's !

11-week stay

I had a wonderful stay at Debbies accommodations. Debbie was very attentive about improving the space and addressing anything I might need she purchased several additional items for the kitchen to prepare for my stay, and even built and installed a custom shelf next to the sink, which is a great addition to the kitchen/laundry area! Debbie makes many items/supplies available to her tenants and even purchased a few additional items for the space during my stay. While the kitchen is not traditional, Debbie has been very thoughtful with the setup and I ultimately had everything I needed to cook. The bedroom area was comfortable and has nice dcor that made it feel like home. I enjoyed walking/biking in the neighborhood and visiting some nearby parks. It was also very accessible to get onto the freeway and into Minneapolis. Debbie was very kind and accommodating to me throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend Debbies space for your stay in Bloomington.

Great Housing in Bloomington

I had an excellent experience with this housing and Ms. Debbie was very accommodating. The rooms were well furnished and cozy and by the end of my stay it really felt like home. Cooking and doing dishes does take a little more time because the stove, oven, and dishwasher are upstairs, but that was just a minor inconvenience. There is plenty of space in the rooms and screens and doors you can use if you want to section off the rooms. The location is also great as you are only about 10 minutes away from any store you might need and only about 20 minutes from Minneapolis. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and had a comfortable stay.
