So glad I committed to this location

Upon arriving at Joni's house, it became home. I often found myself telling my wife I was on the way "home". Already made arrangements for a repeat next year. Everything you need is here. If I had a question, Joni was back to me right away. The community is well kept, clubhouse, pool, hot tub, streets, etc. everyone is very friendly; again, felt like home. You won' be disappointed. Location Location!

Great place with everything I needed, loved getting to meet and join the golf crew. Everyone in the neighborhood was kind and welcoming. Pool is clean with plenty of chairs and the home is situated perfectly to explore surrounding beaches. House had everything I needed, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella etc. Great outdoor seating in both the sun or shade. Overall a wonderful month and looking forward to staying again next year! -Steve

Stayed here for 2 months, gorgeous house! This place has everything you need, beach chairs, coolers, extra towels! My stay at Jonis place in Bradenton

I had a wonderful stay at Jonis place in Bradenton. I needed a place to stay for 2 months in the Sarasota/Bradenton area while undergoing treatment at Dattoli cancer center. Jonis place was perfect for me. It was close to where I was getting treatment, it was less than 30 minutes from the beach, and it was close shopping and dining. The community where Jonis place is was very quit and clean. There is a pool and gym that is easy to access. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to consider Jonis place, its very affordable and it checked all the boxes for me.
