I spent 6 months here. Chris is an amazing housemate and the home is perfect. The location was great, walking distance to tons of restaurants, parks, and music venues. Everything is as advertised and then some!

Hello - I'm looking to rent the lower level space in my modern townhome which consists of a bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, small/private office and storage. Shared common areas upstairs include modern kitchen, living room, shared office, back-patio, roof deck (with amazing views) along with a laundry room and garage (one car). My bedroom is on the 2nd floor so there is great separation btw these spaces. Im looking for non-smokers (4/20 friendly), with similar intereste to mine. Ideally, a 3-5month stay is preferred.
