Nice clean home for my temporary stay during my clinical rotation. Patricia is a very accommodating host and I am appreciative of her help during my stay. Located in a very safe neighborhood too.

Amazing stay

Its such a comfortable home which I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Very quiet, clean, hospitable hosts Auntie Pattie and with a very nice room. I would choose this over and over again.

Highly recommend!

This amazing lady is now my "Aunty Pattie/ Sister Pattie". I stayed here for just over a month while working at AbbVie and I was treated like family and had a really fantastic stay. The location is beautiful, convenient, close to shops and work, and just a short drive to the lake. I always felt safe when I went for runs around the neighborhood. The home is very clean, peaceful, and a really relaxing place to come back to after a busy day of work. It was also really nice that the rooms had their own TV and Roku. I also went to church with Sister Pattie and the community there were absolutely lovely and extremely kind so that was a really good experience. Overall: I would very highly recommend staying here!

Reliable housing, at an affordable price!

I stayed for 11 weeks as a part of my internship through AbbVie. Patricia intends for you to be considered family during your stay, and she achieved exactly that! During my time there, I felt at home. Utilities (washer and dryer) are easily accessible, and all the comforts of a furnished apartment are included. Plenty of shopping/thrills/nature is nearby. I would highly recommend if you need a place to stay when your employment brings you to this area.

Short-term rental

I had a wonderful stay at Patricia and Danny's home. The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a safe neighborhood, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were gracious throughout, offering helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay!

The best place to stay

I was an exchange student from Kenya I could not say enough great things about my stay at this property.When I arrived in May ,I was greeted by the property owner,I was showed around where all amenities I needed were,and immediately felt welcomed.Patricia and Dan the property owners recommended many attractions, restaurants and must do places around her home.They definitely set the tone for a fabulous stay!I arrived earlier than check in time but they were able to accommodate and got right into my room.My room was always clean and beautiful.I like to cook and it was a bonus knowing that I could use her kitchen and kitchen ware to make my own food.Also being close enough to everything,to the Advocate Grayslake hospital that I was having my school internship,close to the stores,reserves ,walk ways,lake Carina and bring in quiet was great! If I ever come back for work in Gurnee and Illinois this is where I will stay again.Dan and Patricia thank you for a great stay! Blessings

Great stay

The property is very conveniently located at a walking distance from Great America/ Six Flags parks.Lots of great restaurants around.The property offers all amenities from high speed wifi,cable,fully stocked kitchen,to laundry in unit,garage parking and in a very quiet safe neighborhood! Very kind and helpful hosts and the owners are very responsive.I felt home and want to thank Patricia &Dan for availing their beautiful property while I was on my school rotation.

Great rental to stay

I was an exchange student from Qatar and I had exchange programme with north western hospital and during that period of time I stayed in this rental .it is very clean and tidy,it is near social amenities like food stores, malls shops among others,it was beautiful and well designed,the owner of it patricia is very responsive, kind and welcoming,it is situated and located in a very quiet place with good and conducive environment where you can fully enjoy your stay.during my next trip I will still choose to stay in this property.therefore I can recommend anyone coming to Gurnee area to take this rental and you will fully feel comfortable in your stay like the way I felt in my experience thank you

Best home to rent

During my medical rotation in Chicago,I booked and stayed at this excellent place for three months Patricia the property owner was very graceful and very welcoming. The property is kept very beautiful,clean and tidy,it's in a safe quiet environment.The owners are very pleasant and so responsive.Its near stores and so many amenities to enjoy.I had the best stay and would recommend it to anyone coming to Gurnee area.
