Safety and health hazzards.

Pleasantly decorated despite over crowed with furniture. No ceiling, cloth tacked over light sources - Fire risk, tiny windows with no egress in case of fire, extremely dark, filth under the bed, an adjacent room has a large open hole in the floor partially covered with a plank, water in the hole, mold and bugs causing a musty smell, room is full of construction paraphernalia. AC is freezing with no reply to how to turn up the temp. LL enters premises without permission or when one is home. LL brings contractor into the apartment. No concerned about personal safety or privacy. LL refuses to refund deposit paid on another unit which I never occupied despite a lease signed saying she had forgotten about me. Resulting in moving to a cottage for 2 nights before I could move into J which I was only supposed to occupy on the 26th. Refused to refund for the days paid in advance as due to unforeseen circumstances I vacated early. Think twice before renting from the LL, totally not worth it.
