Amazing Experience

My fianc, our two dogs, and I loved staying at this property while transitioning to the area. From day one, Dannielle was an exceptional landlordkind, prompt, generous, and truly thoughtful. The home was perfect: spacious bedrooms, plenty of room to work remotely, and a great outdoor space for grilling and playing with the pups. The shared washer/dryers were always available, and we enjoyed meeting the other respectful tenants. The location is a huge plussafe, walkable, and close to a nearby park and dog park. Downtown Tampa is just a 10-minute drive or easy Uber, and there are great local bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had such a seamless, enjoyable stay and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming spot in Tampa.

This is one of my favorite properties since traveling. It is 15 minutes from AdventHealth and Moffitt. Daniella was an absolutely amazing hostess. The apartment was neat and clean and had everything I needed. Thank you, Danniella and family. You really made me comfortable while I was away from home.

Amazing place!!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible place for 3 full months, and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and comfortable. What really made this stay exceptional wasn't just the beautiful space itself, but the host - warm, thoughtful, and genuinely one of the sweetest people I've had the chance to meet. I've stayed in a lot of short-term rentals over the years, but this one stands out far above the rest. It felt less like a rental and more like a second home. If you're considering staying here - do it. Whether it's for a few days or a few months, you'll be in the best hands. This place, and its wonderful host, are truly something special.

PERFECTION!

This apartment is everything exactly as described. It's in the perfect location, convenient to everything. The landlord makes sure no detail is overlooked, she's been amazing! Sometimes pictures make places look better than they are but that is definitely not the case here, it's a perfect little quaint, fun space to live in! We have enjoyed every minute of our stay and plan to stay here again in the future.
