Bad experience

Hello, I do not recommend staying at this property. The house is located in a pretty unsafe area for a solo living especially women. You have to enter through the door facing the street so you are very exposed on your ins and outs. The front window facing the street is poorly insulated so you can hear everything and it shakes when you close the door or the wind is even blowing. The apartment had evidence of mice or rats. There were rat traps set when moving in. The oven had feces and smelled of pee when using it. For about half of my stay there were homeless people occupying the house for sale next door. I called the property owners and police to notify them of this but nothing was done. Severely over priced for what this stay was.
