This condo is in a very quiet area with restaurants, and lakeside parks within walking distance. Very spacious condo. Good security and covered parking. Communication with landlord was very easy.

Quiet and Secure

This property was great for my work contract. The property is very secure which made me feel safe as a solo traveler. Having the pool and gym just a few steps away was also very nice. The area was super convenient with stores and restaurants in walking distance. It's a nice quiet area by the lake and everything else (downtown, airport, etc.) is less than 20 minutes away. The landlord was very quick to respond and a great help with getting anything you may need. I would definitely stay here again.

Review

I've stayed at the condo a few times now for work trips. There's a reason why it's becoming my go-to. It's in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a grocery store, and comes with a gym (small but sufficient) and pool. The kitchen has enough appliances to be able to cook meals so I don't have to order take out every night. Plus, its walking distance to a nice park that has tons of green space, a blossoming jasmine patch and some cool cypress trees. The neighborhood is close enough to the city, while also being far enough away to have its own unique charm.

comfortable stay in West End

This condo was perfect for a recent work trip. Initial access was smooth and the building and unit were very secure. The neighborhood is quiet, as is the complex. Didn't use the pool or balcony because of rain but could see the appeal in different weather.
