Perfect Work-From-Home Space (w/ Balcony, Dog-Friendly)

Lovely 3 month rental!

This townhome is simply lovely. Bright and sunny, the patio is fabulous. Owners are very accommodating and easy to reach. Onsite free parking, close to everything and easy commutes to all areas in and around Nashville. Rented for Travel RN assignment with my husband and our cat, Jeffery. In unit w/d was soooo convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment in the Nations!!!

I absolutely love this apartment. Stayed here while working a travel nurse assignment at TriStar Centennial. The proximity of this apartment is perfect to everything you want to see and do in Nashville. There is a park directly across the street that I visited almost daily with my pup. The neighborhood is very friendly and I felt very safe. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Modern unit in perfect Nashville location!!

I have had a wonderful experience staying in this unit! Elizabeth & Jason are friendly and responsive. They fixed issues in a timely manner & always kept me updated if it took longer than expected. The location is great. Super walkable to restaurants, convenient stores, boutiques, bars, and coffee shops. There was never a moment where I felt unsafe as a woman living alone. The apartment also came stocked with everything I needed. Elizabeth and Jason made sure to include little things like paper towels, detergent, and dishwasher pods to get me started the first few days I was there. My only complaint is that the floors were covered with dog hair when I first moved in, I am guessing from a previous tenants pet. Overall, I have had a fabulous 3 month stay and would definitely book the place again in the future. Thanks for your hospitality, Elizabeth & Jason!
