The perfect place
Excellent location and a quiet safe neighborhood. Parking was great and we parked our jet ski on the side of the house behind the gate. A beautiful large back yard with a bbq. The master bed is very comfortable and the walk in closet is great. The other 2 bedrooms with a bathroom are set away from the master giving privacy for everyone, my favorite feature of the house as we had friends from San Francisco who keep later hours than my husband and I. They just shut their door and finished watching their TV shows. Phil (owner, host) was the best in responding right away and will make you feel right at home throughout your stay. Phil also went above and beyond to help me retrieve my water filter system I forgot in the kitchen! We travel a lot and I must say this experience with a beautiful house and a host like Phil you will not go wrong! So book your trip. Phil is professional and respectful who will help make sure it all goes smoothly. Thank you! Jaymes B

Great home away from home-super location and amenities
Ill start by stating this home exceeded all our expectations. The owner, Phil, communicated exceptionally leading up to and during our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The private back yard was peaceful and entertaining with lots of amenities. Phil provided lots of tips on the area and ensured we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to stay again and felt very safe.

Excellent all around!
We have stayed at many Airbnb/Vrbo's in the Clearwater area, and this was our favorite so far. We stayed for the month of January, and again for the month of March. Excellent location! Convenient to shopping, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, 19, St. Petersburg, etc. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There is a lovely back yard that is fenced. It's in a nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Phil is a very responsive, lovely host. We will stay here again if the occasion should arise.

Long Term Stay
Great Place! Quiet neighborhood in perfect location. I floated between Dunedin and Countryside Hospital. House was perfect distance between the two. Host very responsive, and house had everything we needed. Would stay again!
