Very nice clean space

I stayed with Mrs. Buck for about 6 weeks. I have no complaints. She was very inviting, addressed any concerns right away. Respectful of your privacy. Good location for shopping and just 5 min. car ride to downtown. Check out 4 Aces diner for breakfast and lunch, just a few minutes drive from her house. I would stay here again.

Privacy and Access Issues to Be Aware Of

Fiorella raised serious concerns regarding privacy and boundaries during my tenancy. While it was agreed that she would occasionally access common areas, there were multiple instances where she entered my private bedroom while I was at work, without notice, without an emergency, and without me being present. After the first incident, she apologized. A subsequent entry occurred again while I was not home, which I have video documentation of. Additionally, tenants were asked to minimize water usage due to concerns about plumbing issues. While alternatives were suggested, this affected normal use of the space. There were no locks on the bedroom door. Due to the repeated lack of privacy, I decided to end my lease early. Future renters may want to clearly discuss expectations regarding notice, access, utilities, and personal boundaries before signing.

The best in the middle of everything

I have nothing to say besides, if you're looking for a lovely place to stay during your assignment at DHMC, this is a place for you. Clean and well kept. Fiorella is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet! The place is close to everything you can asked for, grocery store, fitness, good restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone :)

Very nice rental

I have been renting from this landlord for the past couple of months and my experience has been delightful. The room is nicely decorated and very clean. With the full kitchen and living area, you have the feel of having your own place even though you are renting a room. You have privacy and the location cannot be beat! The landlord is so pleasant and extremely nice and very respectful. I would recommend this rental to anyone!!

Beautiful house, great location, stores nearby

I had a wonderful stay at this rental! The landlord and her family were incredibly welcoming. The house itself is stunning and is beautifully built. Everything was immaculately clean, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining such a lovely space. The bed was very comfortable, and I had access to a kitchen and bathroom that was separate from the landlords downstairs. The location is also fantasticgrocery stores are just a short drive away, and plenty of great restaurants are within walking distance. It was so convenient to explore the area without needing a car all the time. I would highly recommend staying at this place to anyone.
