My experience

She's got 5 bedrooms but the "room" I was in was so small, you cant open the door all the way. It is not hooked up the AC unit so after telling her this, she did come immediately to install an AC window unit but when I was at work a couple weeks later, she went inside my room without me knowing or my permission and turned off the AC unit. That's illegal as all get out. The entire house seems like it's from Temu with just about everything breaking or falling off. When I left there was a busted window leaving the entire house very hot in the evenings with a wooden board simi covering it, but the perimeter was exposed to the outside allowing heat and flys to come in. I Ended up leaving because of her entering my room but she didn't reimburse me the $392 for the remainder of the month.

Quiet and Comfortable

Stayed for one month and had no issues. Other tenants were quiet and polite, and the landlord, Ana, was very responsive. The house is off of a fairly busy road which may cause some issues pulling in or out of the driveway, but I didn't notice any significant noise from it or the neighbors.
