Newly remodeled 2250 SF house with fenced back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are lots of walking/jogging paths nearby. Canemah Park is great for a light hike or trail running, which is just down the road about 4 minutes away. It is only 2 miles to shopping, restaurants, and cinemas. There are 2 family dogs on site.
Red refrigerator is not included in room. Shared refrigerator is in the kitchen.

Red refrigerator is not in rental room. Must love dogs I have two! Dogs may be hyper and occasionally jump and dog hair around house it naturally floats about.

Wonderful Stay in a Warm, Inviting Home
I recently rented a room in this lovely, welcoming home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and tastefully furnished, which made settling in easy. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, even baking fresh bread for mea thoughtful touch that made my stay special. Her two affectionate dogs added warmth and joy, always eager for attention and making the home feel even cozier. My overall experience was wonderful: the combination of a caring host, comfortable space, and friendly pets made it truly memorable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.
