We are in a safe residential neighborhood, clean and well maintained. The studio is on the second floor, so enter through shared front door, then up one flight of stairs. Linens, towels, cleaning supplies all provided. Trash pickup.
Very nice landlords live downstairs, so any issues are resolved quickly and amicably.
Space
This unit is very comfortable for one person. We have had visitors (some friends, and a tenants Mom), but it is not intended for more than one person long-term. We are located in a very safe area, very convenient to downtown Portland. There's no extra charge for parking, utilities, wifi, laundry on-site. Fully furnished with kitchen space.
Neighborhood overview
I'm renting a newly renovated studio apartment on the second floor of my condo. It's a quiet neighbourhood, very close to hospitals, (I work at Northern Light Mercy in Portland), a golf course, bus lines, downtown Portland, parks, and local beaches. We've been renting for almost 4 years now, and we enjoy our tenants.
