Welcome to this spacious and comfortable mobile home in Hendersonville, NC nicknamed Lilys Pad for one of my Great Danes. We will eventually have three rentals named after our Big Dogs; Bos Bungalow and Kiera Kottage will be the other two. Don't let the word "mobile" scare you off. It has been completely remodeled with Board and Batten walls, vinyl plank flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets with butcherblock counter top...
Space
The renovated mobile home is 900 sq feet with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends with the large living room and kitchen in the middle. So four people could fit there very comfortably. There is a deck out front and out the back door. Owner using Rental Guardian so no deposit necessary. Rental Guardian is a Worry Free Waiver substitute the owner purchases instead of a damage and pet deposits.
Neighborhood overview
Close to Hendersonville but surrounded by farm land (Johnson Family Farm). Our property includes 3 acres and 2 other homes that we will be renovating. We do have a small spring and creek on the property. Osceola Lake is within walking distance and a great place to walk or jog around. Neighbors are very quite, there is a auto repair shop at the entrance to the road but we do not hear any noise from them.
