First the location of the unit was a great location and the apartment was equipped with all the essentials and the rent was affordable the landlord was the best he was accommodating for anything that was needed and was always able to be reached the landlord and the apartment made me feel at home. Being in the nursing field the landlord has rules that help make sure that the tenants in the building are able to rest when needed and I appreciate that the most overall I would recommend this apartment to anyone 9.5/10
