Seaport Haven in Downtown San Diego

I miss it already.

My wife and I had lived here for six months and couldnt be happier. The location is unbeatable. Its right off the highway for easy access and directly across from a grocery store. The building is quiet, secure, and well-maintained. Parking garage!!! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. The beach stuff was a big plus so I didn't have to buy any. Its a 20 walk to the water. I didn't use the gym but we had company on the rooftop. The landlord is pretty cool as well.

Clean and comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay in this unti. The owner is very attentive and caring, always available to answer any questions. The place is clean and the location is great if you enjoy being in the heart of downtown. Nice rooftop space for hanging out and hosting guests. The gym was almost always empty.

Condo

Ive lived here for about a year and it has been an amazing condo with an amazing owner ! If it wasnt for me buying a house I would still live here. The owner has been amazing, always is fast to respond and is always gets the issue fixed no matter what day it is! Anyone who checks this place out will fall in love with it !

Downtown San Diego

Property is conveniently located in downtown and Lida was very responsive to anything questions or problems I had.
