New 1 Bedroom Duplex Near all Downtown Hospitals

Amazing stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property and working with Christie. She was incredibly professional, caring, and easy to communicate with -- always quick to respond and attentive to any questions I had. The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for day-to-day living. It truly felt like a home away from home -- comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the highway, which made my commute to work smooth and stress-free. Overall, my stay was seamless from start to finish, and I couldnt have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept home with a host who genuinely cares about her guests.

This apartment was perfect for my assignment at IU. Super close to the hospital with multiple coffee shops to stop for a quick pick up before shift. The apartment itself was clean and had everything I needed, including off street parking and washer/dryer. I travel alone so safety is always at the top of my list. Never any issues, and there are cameras at both entries and in driveway for added comfort. Christie was great, she was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable place near the hospital! On your days off you can head over to Fountain Square, which is a very neat area with lots to do. I will definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Indy:)
