Great Location

This condo is in a great location in downtown Charlotte. It was a quick drive to the hospital, but also walking distance from downtown. The complex had really great amenities like a pool and gym. The landlord was really amazing and made the move in process seamless. She was quick to reply, and made me feel at home right away. My only qualm with the property was that it is very close to railroad tracks. Freight trains would run all day/night and they would blare their horns. As a light sleeper I would frequently wake up to trains passing through. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property.

Great Condo and Location

This is a lovely condo on the top floor with a view of the Charlotte skyline. Its nicely decorated and has a working fireplace. Its walking distance to a grocery store, CVS, parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. Its a short drive to SouthPark Mall and the outlet mall. The complex and building are quiet and I rarely heard the neighbors. I really enjoyed living here for a few months!
