Lovely stay! Cozy & Quiet

I had the pleasure of staying here for a few months and had a wonderful experience. The home was fully move-in ready, with bathroom supplies and kitchen essentials thoughtfully provided. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and the homeowners were respectful of my privacy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing hosts and comfortable stay

Deby was an amazing host, made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Needed a place in between housing situations and am so glad I came here. Nice, clean and private room and fully functional kitchen area. Frank the cat was the best at making me feel welcome every day when coming home, sweetest kitty I've ever met. Deby always responded promptly to any questions I had and is overall fantastic. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone needed to stay somewhere for awhile.

Cozy and Quiet

I needed a place to stay near Vancouver/Portland for a month between moves and I was hesitant about staying at the trailer homes or basement apartments around town. Debi's place is bright and cheery and located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-205, with easy access to Portland, Vancouver and the airport. The kitchen is well stocked and modern enough to make simple meals. Access to do weekly laundry was much appreciated. Debi was sweet to offer raspberries from her garden during my stay. And I also got to bond with Frank the cat when he'd greet me outside the gate some evenings. If you need a place in the Portland/Vancouver area for an extended stay, you won't find a better spot. And it's a great value!

Oh so cozy

I have had the pleasure of staying at this residence since November of 2024. It has been an absolute pleasure. Deby and her husband are the homeowners. They are very helpful and friendly. They provide the laundry detergent and all cleaning supplies while staying there. When I moved in the apartment was fully stocked with towels, tissue paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, blankets, silverware and cookware. This apartment is move in ready. Here is a list of additional things that I enjoyed: quiet neighborhood, private outdoor area, private assigned parking, tenant privacy, 15 minutes from PDX Airport, plenty of natural sunlight in the apartment, the apartment is affordable and its conveniently located near my place of work. Im a traveling social worker/therapist and my contract is up. Thats the only reason Im leaving. If youre looking for a fully functional and furnished apartment with internet and a private bathroom, this is it.

Cozy

This was a lovely place to stay! Deby and Tracy were wonderful hosts. Tracy is a jack of all trades, he built a beautiful fenced-in area outside of the suite for privacy, it would be perfect for a small dog. Deby has put a lot of thought into the room decor. She also put a lot of thought into including all necessary kitchen and living essentials - I really couldn't think of anything else that I would want that she didn't include. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of storage space. Deby and Tracy are very responsive and easy to get along with. The studio is attached to the main home, and the washer/dryer is shared, but it is right outside of the suite and they have a privacy screen so it doesn't feel like a shared space. We just coordinated a weekly laundry day based on my work schedule. The washer and dryer are also very quiet so it wasn't annoying or loud when they did laundry. I would definitely stay here again!
