Be mindful of the people that rent this property. When I moved in there were stains on the couch and it had an odd smell, I found out the next day it was a cat smell when the previous renter stopped by to claim their cat food they had forgotten to take. At the end of my stay I was told they were keeping a portion of my security deposit due to staining on the couch and needing to replace bedroom pillows. The couch already had these stains and I never used the bedroom pillows, as travel nurse I bring my own pillows and bedding with me to all of my stays. When I brought up these concerns, they completely ignored it and would not discuss it at all. I'm assuming this is something they do to all renters so be mindful if you choose to stay here, I would suggest you take pictures of the ENTIRE property so they can't do this to you.
