Charming Home Friendly Landlord

Charlene was very communicative and friendly. Always quick to respond and she has a wealth of knowledge about the area. She even upgraded the wifi to make sure there would be enough bandwidth for both my husband and I who work remotely. The home is full of beautiful art and charm. We took full advantage of the fenced in, grassy backyard. The neighborhood is pretty quiet with lots of families and children playing. People generally keep to themselves. Lots of easy parking on the street. It's about a 10 min drive to shops and restaurants but plenty of places deliver which is nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful landlord, beautiful house

This is a great house to stay at in Baltimore. It was exactly as listed and Charlene was extremely pleasant and helpful during my whole stay. It has a great outdoor space available to use as well which was a plus. It was quiet all day and night as well. I was able to bring both my cats with no problems at all and they too loved the place!
