Poor Expirience

I had a Decent experience renting this apt from Ms. Sylvia, up until we moved out and she taxed" my security deposit, she asked me for an address to mail me a check. Even though i didnt fully agree with the taxing of my security deposit (which is not a thing) , i accepted her terms and left. 2 days after i left she texted me pictures of the stove saying we had completely scratched her burners and she had to replace it for $600" and was going to hire an electrician" to Install the new one. Throughout me renting the place she made various offensive comments on my Ethnicity and how we cook on very high heat and use spices that make the apt stink". I obviously ignored them because i really needed a place to stay. She advised me she wasnt going to return my deposit due to the wear and tear of her stove. (Which is illegal in the state of TN). I dont normally leave reviews but due to her offensive and malicious ways, i urge you to reconsider renting from her. If you do, well, Good luck.
