Great Apartment

I stayed at this apartment for a 3 month travel nursing contract. Very quick and easy commute to University of Colorado Hospital. The unit is cute and clean. Nice and safe neighborhood that's not far from a really cute part of Denver with shops/gyms/restaurants. The unit has a private entrance separate from the main house. Landlords are a very nice family, always respond promptly with any issues that arise which really didn't happen! Always free street parking available right outside the house.

Extremely noisy

I stayed for just over a month till I found something else and that's all I could handle the kids are extremely noisy from running to screaming jumping and arguing with their parents cause the didn't want to take a shower and playing the Amazon Alexa Street parking was horrible where there was times I had to park walk 2 blocks because of the parents picking up there brats at the school next door causing me to have to go back out at night and move my vehicle one the traffic subsided I went in on November 16th 2025 for a prorated rent paid full amount on Dec 1 2025 moved out on 16th of Dec cause I could deal with the noise and traffic anymore There was no early termination clause in the lease yet they kept all $2,000 for 16 days out of the 30 . Leaving 15 days vacant If you like peace and quiet and dont like having to walk a quarter mile to your house find elsewhere

Perfect housing

This place was perfect! Has everything you need and more. Matt was amazing and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and if I ever needed anything. Quiet area and nice neighborhood. Close to the university hospital as well as downtown Denver. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Best Landlords

Loved, loved, loved staying at this property! Matt and Liz have everything you need plus more and they are so so kind! I stayed for about 7 months and had no issues at all. This property is about 10 minutes away from the university of Colorado medical campus so it's perfect for medical professionals. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a little town square walking distance (about 2 blocks away) that has food and a coffee shop! Highly recommended.

Very happy here!

I stayed here for 6 months and was very happy here! It is attached to the household but feels very private as you have your own gate and entry. The B family is so kind and it was nice having them right around the corner if I needed anything. They were always quick to respond, and even invited me over for dinner on multiple occasions. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. I worked at the Medical Center of Aurora and the commute was easy. Esters restaurant within walking distance of this cottage quickly became one of my favorite restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again/recommend this unit!
