Ok Unit

First and foremost, the listing stated that the unit was a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was no half bathroom, only one full bathroom. Second, this particular unit is located on the first floor, and as a result, you can hear every footstep the upstairs tenants take. You can hear almost every conversation they have, and most concerning of all, you can even hear them when they are engaging in intimate activities. It was difficult for me to sleep at times because of the noise from above. This was very unexpected, but I tried my best to manage. There were a significant number of bugs both outside and inside the unit. Fortunately, Andrew was able to arrange for an exterminator to address the issue. However, this did not fully resolve the problem, as there were still some insects in the unit. Overall, my experience was not the best, but the unit itself appears to have been newly renovated, which was a positive aspect.
