Great location, great landlord!
Location is convenient to UIHC. House is comfortable, never felt cramped. Landlord is awesome.. what few issues I had, he was quick to fix. Worked yard maintenance around my sleep schedule. Would 100% stay there again.

Great Neighborhood
Nice quiet neighborhood in a great location. I enjoyed my short-term stay in this clean comfortable private home. This rental property has three major pluses when compared to other rentals. It's well-stocked, has comfortable mattresses, and the property owner is the kindest host. Jesus is responsive, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. I wish every host could be as gracious as he was during my stay.
