Our house is on a quiet side street. The room is on the third floor with a closable barn door at the stairs up to it. Access is through the main house but we don't mind if you don't. We have a large backyard with an outdoor pavilion/deck and sauna that you are welcome to use. There is a locked storage space under the front porch for bikes.
FYI - we do have a very friendly 50 lb. dog

There is a queen bed and a couch. We also have an extra mattress with fitted sheets in a storage space in the apartment that can be placed on the floor as needed. Extra utility charge for more than one tenant.
