A wonderful place to stay

This was a fabulous place to stay! The property is just gorgeous! It has incredible views and really everything you need. It was warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. Alix was warm, friendly and very accommodating. If any issue would arise, it was quickly taken care of. She even had a table with umbrella and chairs set out. I really enjoyed my stay and if I ever have another contract in San Diego, I hope it will be available. Such a cool space!

Views and Storage!

I loved staying at this studio for two months. It is well laid out, sound-proofed, and the kitchenette has a full size fridge, two-burner hot plate, and microwave with all the kitchen utensils you could want. I had enough stuff to last me six months and there were drawers, shelves, and closets for all of it. In the mornings I'd run down the hill to Shelter Island and take in the gorgeous views. It's a ten minute walk down the hill to a bunch of amazing local restaurants. Grocery store is even closer. The landlady who lives upstairs is so kind and would drop my mail/packages off at the studio when she got any. She never entered without my permission during my stay. The parking spot in front of the garage is yours as well as the side yard complete with grill. Extremely private.

Best location in San Diego

I had a fantastic stay at this charming studio! The space was cozy, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the best spots in San Diego and an absolutely stunning view that made every morning special. The homeowner was incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in San Diego!
