Comfy & Cozy

I started my Sioux Falls experience in another one of their rentals, but upon the sale of that property, was accommodated in this rental from the same owners. Wasn't sure how I would feel about it with the size discrepancy between both places, but ultimately found it to be both comfortable and cozy. Having a washer and dryer, a garage, and being situated less than 3/4 mile from work and a mile or so from the fun and charming downtown establishments and the always gorgeous Falls Park, made my stay during the cold winter months both convenient and enjoyable. Even when the wind chill was well below zero outside, I never once felt cold inside at a constant 67 degrees on the thermostat. Landlords are a text or a phone call away and very responsive to your needs.

Best place in Sioux Falls

I stayed here for 4 months, it was perfect for me.. 4minute drive to the hospital, quiet and fully equipped. I would stay here again if ever I come back to Sioux Falls, feel extremely lucky to have met the owners and found the perfect place to stay
