Lovely 5 bedroom craftsman home with garden in back. Three floors. Owner sleeps on top floor. Main floor shared with full kitchen and sun room. House is very friendly and accommodating. Longtime neighbors on every side. Weekly farmers market in summer.

Although listed as just a bedroom, the rental space is almost an apartment as it has its own large living space and bath and an additional entrance via the back yard if tenant doesnt want to walk through main house. There is a shared laundry area that can also serve as a kitchenette, with an electric kettle, toaster oven and small fridge. Cozy and Charming
This unit was extremely comfortable. It is in a great, quiet neighborhood and just steps from everything you need, including convenient bus lines. The space was huge for the price, and you will have access to a beautiful garden and kitchen with lots of supplies. The homeowner, Parker, is an incredible person and will make you feel very welcome. Plus, her cat is probably my favorite animal ever. You will have a great stay!
