Great location, flexibility, and people
This is a great spot to avoid the hassles of traditional rentals, with a friend included. Newly renovated luxury basement and spacious patio give you plenty of room to relax. The location is country enough that it's peaceful, and close enough to the city that you can be anywhere in Madison within 20-30 minutes. Had a great time.
