A homey stay

I stayed in this unit for 3 months during my contract in the bay area. Camala & her husband are wonderful hosts, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It is a very functional unit, with a kitchenette for light cooking (includes: sink, hot plates, cooking utensils, microwave, & a coffee maker), a murphy bed for extra space if needed, a private bathroom, and a closet outside of the room next to the entryway. There is also a shared washer and dryer, an ADDED BONUS to a place in the city! I never had an issue finding parking on the street (just have to be aware of street cleaning days). They also have a beautiful garden outside in the backyard to relax in that you have access to from your room. You are about a 15 min walk from the beach, a 30 min walk to golden gate park, & a 20 min walk from a street w/ many restaurants/cafes. I recommend Camala's place - it's cozy & homey, quiet, & in a great location (especially if you are a beach lover like me).
