The Beach Burbs of Arroyo Grande

Simply perfect

We had an amazing stay! The furnished ADU is modern, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were absolutely wonderful-friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. Their communication made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The location couldn't have been better. It's close to everything you could possibly need, including restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Best of all, it's just minutes from the beautiful Pismo Beach, making it easy to enjoy the coast whenever we wanted. We would highly recommend this ADU to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay with exceptional hosts in a fantastic location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Spacious, very comfortable

I recently stayed at the adu for a brief visit to the area. Michelle and Jamie were wonderful hosts. The unit is brand new, well designed for all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you could need. It is in a great location, near the beaches and all of your restaurant and retail needs. I would definitely stay again if I return to the area. My time there was amazing.

Great location

Weve stayed in several short-term rentals this year, and this one stands out as the best by far in both build quality and amenities. The cookware is top-notch, and having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. The location is also ideal, just minutes from the beach and grocery stores. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again if I return to SLO County.

Cozy, Quiet, and Dog-Friendly

I stayed here for a month, and it was a great fit for both me and my dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, which made daily walks easy and enjoyable. Being close to Pismo Preserve, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, and Avila Beach was a huge bonus there were always good options for walks, hikes, or getting outside for some fresh ocean air. It felt comfortable and easy to settle into, and Id definitely recommend it to anyone with a dog who enjoys being outdoors.

I lived in this lovely little ADU for 8 months, and it was absolutely perfect for both me and my dog. Tucked away in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, it offered a peaceful and welcoming environment that quickly felt like home. Michelle and Jamie were incredible hosts, always responsive, kind, and genuinely attentive. I felt completely comfortable reaching out to them with any questions or needs, and they always replied quickly and thoughtfully. The home itself was spotless when I moved in, with all-new appliances and everything I needed already in place. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the space both functional and comfortable. The only reason I moved out was simply because I needed a bit more space otherwise, I would have happily stayed much longer. I highly recommend this ADU to anyone looking for a cozy, safe, and well-managed place to live.
